What we do
Through our church services and parish organizations we offer acceptance, fellowship and opportunities to share in a life-changing and a life-enriching faith. There are no strangers in Mossley. We in Mossley Parish thank God for His redeeming love as shown in the life, death and life again of our Lord Jesus. We seek to proclaim this love by the worship we offer week by week, by the lives we lead and by our outreach to the community. Our purpose here in Mossley is to seek to know and love God and our neighbours as ourselves and to strive in the power of the Holy Spirit to follow the example of Jesus Christ. We try to see in other people the same potential that God sees in us. We affirm that each day brings new and exciting opportunities to show the amazing things that the Lord Jesus can still do with His people. We feel privileged to have the responsibility of praying for anyone in trouble or ill health. We help raise funds for charities and missionary projects such as Tansen Hospital in Nepal and the South American Mission Society.
