Dove Catering

A recent addition to our Parish is Dove Catering that is run by the ladies of the 'Tea Brew'. These ladies will provide catering for you whether it is a funeral, baptism or any other time when you would require it. There are times when it is good to have friends around you in familiar surroundings. The cost for funerals and baptisms is £4 per head.

We have catered for a number of funerals, and one of our larger events was the 60th Anniversary Celebrations of Mossley Women's Institute.

Decorations are provided as appropriate.

The Tea Brew Team

On completion of our new Parish Centre in 2002, a band of willing ladies (and some gentlemen) began serving tea/coffee in the Parish Centre after each Sunday morning service. This has proved very successful and offers members of the congregation and visitors the chance to meet and chat over a cuppa and get to know one another better.

There is no cost, but members and visitors have very generously donated each Sunday and, over this past three years, a lot of charities have benefited; but the most important reason is the fellowship and getting to know one another better. It is good to think that a cuppa on a Sunday morning can help others.
